The Potter's Cutter is a Tool that is used to promote a Mason Hearthling into a Potter.
Unlike some tools it can not be bought upon New Game creation. The Potter's Cutter can be crafted by a Mason using a Mason Workbench for 1 Stone and 1 Mound of Clay. Rayya's Children receive the potter's cutter upon new game creation.
